Mini Quilt
Just finished this mini quilt for Blythe. It's about 10 inches tall x 7 inches wide. Wondering if I should have used white bias tape instead?

Mr. Roboto Wallet
Almost to the end of my robot fabric, so sad.. I have a tiny bit left that's going to be used for Blythe. Wallet is up in the shop now. I'm thinking of making some fabric banners next. =)

New Sewing Machine!
That's right, I am now the proud owner of a Brother SE400 Computerized Embroidery and Sewing Machine! It's a huge step up from the freight train I'm using now. I'm almost scared to use it, it's intimidating! As soon as I finish up the wallet I'm working on, I'm going to set it up. I really want to design my own embroidery patterns to import, but there isn't much info in the manual..

Athena Stencil
Made this for my brother of his dog Athena. Doesn't it remind you of those sad clown paintings from the 70's? I haven't made a stencil in forever, I forgot how much it sucks cutting them out! My poor feener..

Wallets Galore
Finished two more Keyka Lou wallets today. This one is up in the shop now.
& this one is for my sister, she's going to beauty school right now. =)
Oliver + S
I've been coveting this book ever since I saw it on the The Purl Bee blog. Finally ordered it from Amazon, and it arrived a couple days ago. There is a super cute and easy pattern for a bear hat in the book, and I just happen to have a shit ton of mystery fur like fabric..
so I decided to give it a try. This fabric was a nightmare to sew with, but I managed to fudge it together. The wonkiness adds to the charm right? I keep telling myself that anyways. =)

Keyka Lou Card Wallet
I bought a couple of patterns from Keyka Lou last night. I couldn't wait to try one out, so today I made the card wallet. I totally messed up the placement of the velcro, so it doesn't close very nicely. Oh well, craft & learn. I still think it's super cute!

I play with dolls.
Blythe dolls are one of my obsessions. I know it's a little weird, but I don't care.
This is Flora. She's wearing a crochet hat & knit sweater made by me. I love to make little clothes and stuff for them! It's instant gratification.. almost. Nice for me since I usually have about 5 projects going on at any given time. You can see all of the little fashions I've made here if you like. I also sell them here. =)

I love being outside.
Did some work in the garden today.. I have missed being outside so much! Also did some spring cleaning in the garage. Lovely day, and my favorite neighborhood stray came by to help. =)
